Decals

Printed & laminated vinyl decals — die-cut, premasked, ready to install

Decals printing services

Decals turn a blank surface into a rolling billboard. Whether you're branding a work truck, decorating a toolbox, personalizing a bicycle, or dressing up a big-boy Tonka truck for the grandkids, a well-made printed vinyl decal sticks hard, survives weather, and looks sharp for years.

Overview

We print full-color decals on commercial-grade adhesive vinyl, laminate them with a UV-resistant overlay, and die-cut them to any shape you need. Every decal ships premasked with transfer tape so you — or your installer — can line it up and press it down without fighting with individual letters or shapes. Whether you need a single custom piece or a production run of hundreds of identical decals, the process is the same: print, laminate, cut, mask.

Popular Uses

Work trucks and service vans, toolboxes and equipment, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, boats, RVs, trailers, storefront windows, laptops, water bottles, yeti coolers, helmets, and plenty of big-boy Tonka trucks. Popular with tradespeople branding their fleet, race teams running sponsor logos, and small businesses who need a handful of identical decals for product packaging or giveaways.

Why Choose Ink Spot Printing

Every decal is printed, laminated, cut, and masked in our shop — no brokering out to the cheapest online press. That means when you call about a re-order, a color tweak, or a rush job for tomorrow morning, you're talking to the person who actually ran the file. We also help with the design side: we can vectorize a rough sketch, clean up a low-res logo, or lay out a full truck graphic so every panel lines up.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between calendered and cast vinyl?

Calendered vinyl is thicker, stiffer, and more affordable — great for flat surfaces and short-to-medium-term outdoor use (3-5 years). Cast vinyl is thinner, more conformable, and longer-lasting (7-10 years) — required for curved surfaces, deep recesses, and permanent vehicle graphics.

Will the decal damage my paint or surface?

No. Quality vinyl is designed to remove cleanly from factory-painted surfaces for up to several years after application. Heat helps — a hair dryer or heat gun softens the adhesive for easier removal. On rough or porous surfaces (weathered plastic, raw wood, some powder coats), always test a small area first.

How long will a decal last outside?

With laminate and quality vinyl, expect 3-5 years on calendered stock and 7-10 years on cast. Unlaminated prints fade much faster — 1-2 years at most in direct sun. Horizontal surfaces (hood, roof) weather harder than vertical ones.

Do I need to order a minimum quantity?

No. We happily print one-offs. Quantity discounts kick in around 25 pieces on identical decals, and get steeper at 100 and 250.

Can you install the decal for me?

Yes. We do in-shop installation on small and medium decals, and site-visit installs on larger vehicle graphics. Ask for an installation quote when you submit your project.
