1 · Choose your forms

Size Standard letter-size (8.5 × 11) is most common. Smaller sizes save on paper.

Parts (copies per set) 3-part is standard: white original + canary customer + pink shop copy.

Books

Format Book = bound with wrap-around cover. Loose = stack of unbound sheets.

Sequential numbering (e.g. 0001–0300)
